Our Children's Party ILLNESS Guarantee - so you can book in confidence!

We are just a small family-run business and we try our best to help you with the stresses of life for you and your family.   To reassure you with your children's party booking we offer an  illness so you can book with confidence!

If the birthday child, lead booker or important member of the family has an illness that you have to move the whole party, you can choose a new party date within 12 months of the original booking date, at no extra charge. Just show us the details, such a doctor's note, and we will move it for you.  However, we do need to know at least 18 hours before the party starts, ideally sooner as we need to minimise our losses for staff and food, which I am sure you understand.  Our chefs order all the food freshly each week and the more time you give them, the happier the chefs will be!  We also need to reorganise our hosts so they can still earn money for the week. 

If the venue is closed, or government guidance means that a party cannot go ahead, we will also offer the option to reschedule your party, within 12 months of the original booking date, at no extra charge.
