Our Peterborough and Milton Keynes venues are open 7 days a week, from 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Sunday, Weekends and School Holidays. We are OPEN for ALL bank holidays except for 3: Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day when we are closed. 

Safari MK & Safari Adventure Play Peterborough sometimes have to close early, normally due to a few special events,  these are always detailed below: 

  • Milton Keynes ONLY, Monday 21st October - We will be open at the later time of 10am, to complete play frame maintenance which is only safe to do when there are not children on site. 
  • Saturday 26th October to Sunday 3rd November we open earlier at 9am and close later at 6.15pm at Safari Milton Keynes and Safari Adventure Play Peterborough, EXCEPT on the following dates:
    • Sunday 27th October last entry at 2:30pm, close at 5pm for Halloween event at Milton Keynes and Peterborough
    • Thursday 31st October, last entry at 3:00pm, close at 5:30pm for Halloween event at Milton Keynes and Peterborough
  • Christmas Eve 9.30am - 3.00pm (last entry 1.45pm, last food orders is 2.15pm)  
  • Christmas Day CLOSED
  • Boxing Day CLOSED
  • 27th-30th December: 9am – 6.15pm 
  • 31st December 9am - 6.30pm.  If you book for a slot from 4pm onwards you can join in with our New Year at 6 Celebration with us.  See more details on our events page for your chosen location. 
  • 1st January 10am – 6.15pm 
  • 2nd January 9am – 6.15pm 
  • 3rd January 9am – 6.15pm (Peterborough). From 4th January 2024, Peterborough is back to normal opening hours unless specified otherwise, 9:30am-6pm. 
  • 3rd January to 5th January 9.00am – 6.15pm (Milton Keynes). From 6th January 2024, Milton Keynes is back to normal opening hours unless specified otherwise, 9:30am-6pm.  

Last orders from our award-winning menu is normally 5.15pm, drinks and snacks are available until 6pm.

Peak times, you get entry for 2.5 hours of play and eat from our award-winning Watering Hole Cafe and 3.5 hours during our off-peak times.  There are overstay charges for over these periods which are 50% for up to 1hr 15min and 100% for any period longer than this.
