A huge thank you to all of our guests and team members for staying at home and being patient while we await the governments "all okay" to re-open. We are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to make sure your next visit is completely magical - as well as being up-to-date on the latest COVID-19 Safety Procedures! We've listed below some of the measurements we've got in place to minimise risks.
After 147 days of lockdown – yes 5 months!! We are SOOO excited to let you know the PM has given us the go ahead and we are now able to open form the 17th May – you can book your timeslots here.
Washing hands
Firstly, we are asking all of our guests and team members to keep their hygiene levels up with increased hand washing. There are number of hand washing stations throughout the centre for your ease. Please wash your hands before eating, after using the toilet and more often if you can.
Extra Cleaning
From opening to closing, we will be spot cleaning on the areas that our guests frequently interact with. This is in addition to our deep evening clean and our bio-active chemical that protects all surfaces in the play frame for up to 30 days. This is applied every 21 days with an electrostatic fogging machine (funky, right?) that makes the chemical wrap itself around the surfaces to ensure it is all covered.
Food & Drinks
We've got a brand new system coming in for your favourite food orders, so stay tuned! Our new system will minimise contact, keep those little tummies fed and help to promote social distancing. You are more than welcome to order directly from our Award-Winning Watering Hole Cafe, although we ask you to stick to the social distancing markers we've placed in the Cafe. All food, condiments and cutlery will be delivered directly to your table. We will pass the items to one member of your family and ask them to distribute to minimise further risk.
Toilets
Our toilets will be accessible during your visit. The toilet doors will remain open and there will be a small restriction to how many people are in the queuing area to allow social distancing. There is a separate baby changing area and a disabled toilet that you can use if families need to stay together. More information will be given closer to our reopening.
Our managers are always on site to help
Our Duty Manager has a green shirt on. If you need any help that our staff cannot assist you with, please ask to speak to our Duty Manager. We ask you to be kind to them as we all get used to this new ‘normal’. Rest assured that our team are all trying very hard. Together we can work to make sure we keep improving.
We cannot wait to see you back here playing again soon and hope you're all staying safe and well. Thank you for your continued support at this time.
